I need funny shit.
And I need it now. Our network is too slow to load videos, however. Boo.
Send me something funny, or reblob this with your funniness attached.
Whenever your network decides to speed up take a gander at this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1TnzCiUSI0
And no, that is not a rickroll or anything of the sort. It’s the funnies!

So that just happened…
There was a picture of a penis on my dashboard. From what I could tell, it looked big and scary. My butt puckered up. So, kudos, whoever owns that thing.
I really hope someone can translate the text for me.
Other than that I can only say WTF for hours and hours to come, by just looking at this.Fuck, this is better than the black and white I post. Is this a blowjob giving device…?
WHAT THE FUCK?!
As if Japanese people will ever have problems with having dicks too big for their mouths… Wait, I know what it is… It’s a SPACE DOCKING DEVICE!

Facegate 2012
Photo a day, 2. Words. #febphotoaday Yes, we have dry-erase laminated vinyls on our office walls. We can write practically anywhere. Awesome for taking notes or making database diagrams.
Facegate 2012
Thought I’d add my two cents to the topic of folks posting multiple pics of their faces on Tumblr.
I am personally fairly neutral about it - I like seeing people’s face pics, but then again, I have also indeed wondered why it’s a “thing” on Tumblr (and social media in general - like hello, Facebook!).
Obviously, our faces are closely linked to our sense of self and identity. Our face is what is truly unique to us - no two people (even identical twins) have exactly the same facial features.
As humans, we are drawn to other human faces above all else. If there is even a suggestion of eyes/nose/mouth in anything, we see a “face.”
Essentially, we are, as a species, a tad obsessed with faces. That is a fundamental part of who we are, as social creatures.
So it makes sense there would be a lot of faces in social media. It is a way of saying “Here I am,” as a way of forging connections with others.
Showing your face in a medium like this can be a very key way of communicating “I want you to know me, and I want to know you.” It is an almost “primal” instinct for humans, who again, have only survived and thrived because we are social creatures who can organize in groups for the betterment of all.
But at the same time, we are asserting our unique identity, which is also deeply appealing.
It’s basic “human” stuff, really. So I say keep it up, cuz it’s part of who we all are anyway.
I agree. Keep it up, folks! More boobs! I mean, faces. Uhm, yes, I know I am supposed to look up, but it’s so darn hard! I love your faces!

Photo a day, 1. My view today #febphotoaday
Nobel Prize winner Wislawa Szymborska passed away today, at 88 years old. She says it best herself:
A Note
Life is the only way
to get covered in leaves,
catch your breath on the sand,
rise on wings;
to be a dog,
or stroke its warm fur;
to tell pain
from everything it’s not;
to squeeze inside events,
dawdle in views,
to seek the least of all possible mistakes.
An extraordinary chance
to remember for a moment
a conversation held
with the lamp switched off;
and if only once
to stumble upon a stone,
end up soaked in one downpour or another,
mislay your keys in the grass;
and to follow a spark on the wind with your eyes;
and to keep on not knowing
something important.
Wislawa inspired me when I was writing. I am very sad to see her go.
